Dear Pat,

Beautiful job!! You have not only completed lovely portraits but you have done them is such a way that gives each twin individuality.

Thank you all, for your compliments!

It means much to me to receive the feedback. I wonder, does an artist ever stop worrying over the work she does? Will I always think, UGH, before "not bad" (it takes me some days to sit and view a finished piece before I am happy with it). So, it helps to get your feedback.

My year away and subsequent move back to my studio and life in Cleveland were the best moves I could have made for my artist self. I truly feel that living in Atlanta for a year enabled me to find my own definition of self . . . that is, that I am an artist first and whatever I do to supplement my income second.

I love the way I have quilted together a life, a way of earning $$$ that enables me to draw and paint. Maybe I can keep this up, I hope so!

Happy Labor Day!

Pat,

You have a strong calling and will be very successful as an artist. Just hang in there! These twins are superb and I am sure there will be more commissions following.

Patricia, these are lovely. I love the combination of the soft modeling and the stronger outlines. Very well drawn!

Man, that gal can draw!

The economy supports the emotion in both of these.
