Thanks for the replies.

Here are the details. The secret of that work is in these things: first, the passionate participation of the model by believing in the success; second, I sharpen extremely well my pastel pencils; and third, the very careful use of the cold / warm contrast.

I think this point is the most important even if it is appearing to be as easy... the texture of the skin is obtained by several levels of the pastel on a very small surface treatment
