Darin - weekend sketch

I like to take a break from the commissions from time to time and just do a quick sketch. I have a folder full of faces of people that I work with that I pull from time to time for a quick study.
Here is the one I did this weekend, Darin. One half life size, ceramic.

This reminds me that I have had more than one request from people here on the forum asking me if I had any casts available of my stuff that they could purchase to use in their paintings. I've never made casts of anything that wasn't a commission, but if there is enough interest, I'll mold this one and make plaster casts available to anyone that wants one. Email me if interested.

Very good sculpture, Heidi. Excellent for a quick sketch! It is an interesting coincidence that you are offering your sculpture for people to paint. I just recently made my own little sculptures to put in my most recent drawing - they are such willing models, and so good for studying light effects.
