During the summer months this year I was fortunate enough to receive an honorable mention for this pastel painting in a juried show at a local community college. The portrait was completed on Canson paper. The size is about 19 X 25 inches.

She really moves. There is nothing static about this portrait. The texture within the black is nice too.
