Dinner is Served in Boston
Here are a few general pictures from the SOG Dinner in Boston last Thursday. We were seated at 8:15 p.m. and the conversations lasted until about 1:30 a.m. Friday. For most of us, this was the first time to meet SOG members and Forum members in person. It was quite a memorable occasion.

Thanks for posting the photos, Garth. There will be more forthcoming from others. We had a total of 39 attendees. A few people were guests of SOG or Forum members. I forgot to include myself in the reservation count but, we managed to fit everyone in.
It was a wonderful dinner.

What a Treat!
What a treat it is to see all these portrait people in one place. I see Peggy and Marvin - my past teachers! There is Tom E. and is that Tim Mensching with Marvin?? I think I've spied Sharon with a white shirt on as well.
Next year, I plan on being there or being square!
Garth, thank you so much for thinking of all of us on the forum who really wanted to be there but couldn't for one reason or another!

Denise,
Yes, that is Sharon with the white shirt and Tim next to Marvin. You'll also see Jim Riley and Linda Nelson.

Garth--
Thanks for the memories....
There were so many there--including YOU--that I didn't get to meet and speak to, but maybe next year. Have corresponded with Jim Riley and others, and he was but a few feet away, but it didn't happen. Sorry, Jim!
Thanks to Cynthia for mounting such a convivial event...
Best to all--TE

Hi Tom,
Yes, I am sorry that I didn't get to meet you either, although you were in the same room just accross the (40 foot) table. I am still clueless as to who half the attendees were. Maybe someone can add captions to these pictures.
Best,
Garth
