Hannah, Finally!

Well, Hannah's finally done! Thanks so much to all who helped with the critiquing! The only change requested by Hannah's mom was the addition of the little earring.

Terri

She is beautiful! Im always impressed when a portrait in acrylics looks so nice, they seem hard to work with to me. Congrats on a great painting.

I agree with Mary on the acrylic thing. I found them difficult to work with. Some artists won't use anything else.

Terri, you've really nailed it. Very nice work!!!

Jeff and Mary, thanks so much!

I am really happy that this painting turned out as well as it did - it surprised me. Didn't know I could do that. Wasn't doing anything like this 2 months ago before I started reading (just about everything!) here. This forum, and the generosity of all you more experienced artists who participate, really makes a difference!

Bravo Terri!

Great job keeping the addition of the earring there but not distracting too.

exclamation Congratulations, Terri!!

That has to be so exciting. I hope you keep us updated to the progress of this first real commission. I'm sure your will give it all you've got and will be successful. Hannah is a very good painting! You did such a nice job of capturing her little personality.
Again, Congratulations!!!
