Dear Marko,

Very nice portrait - you make me work to find suggestions to make.

Certainly a matter of personal preference, but when I do vignettes like this, I like to let the bottom of the painted area become integrated with the tone of the paper underneath. In your painting you have a fairly regular lower edge to the shirt, and it stops a litlle suddenly.

The only other thing I might suggest checking is the ear. The shapes have perhaps a little more contrast and a little sharper edge that you might want.

Thanks for posting!
