Hello everyone,

My name is Christina Common, and I wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I just recently came across this site, and I must say it's full of excellent information and great constructive criticism that I hope to use towards my goal of becoming a pro!

I've always loved drawing people. In my opinion, the biggest challenge is drawing the human face while capturing the true expression / feeling / emotion. I hope to one day reach that level.

So this is Wilford Hall. Growing up in San Antonio I heard that name a lot. I just thought it was a long hall in a Hospital on an Army base. Nice portrait.

I forgot to include the referance photo. I pulled this off the base web page. It was of really poor quality and I have since found the actual photo to help with my current oil portrait. I'm planning a portrait with a combination of the referance photos, but this is the only color photo available.
