SB Wang SOG Member FT Professional Joined: Jul 2001 Location: Charlotte, NC Posts: 587	Reform art management in the USA Sharon's post reminded me that our whole artistic and cultural system needed to be reformed. For instance: other countries have Minister of Culture: France, China,etc. Is that culture a secondary issue here ?
