Well, here she is, all finished and delivered. The painting is being shown in a service this Wednesday, Our Lady of Guadalupe's feast day. I may take it back afterwards to continue glazing. I am leaving that up to the client.

I enjoy this discipline, painting in verdaccio. It takes a lot longer and requires much more patience but it is also satisfying. I would have chosen more muted colors if I would have had total control of it, but all in all, for a first effort, I feel pretty good about it.
