I like your composition. But feel that this could be a stronger painting if you clearly delineated light from shadow (using a single source of light) and then "lost and found" some of your edges.
There are threads somewhere on this forum just about single source lighting and "lost and found edge" techniques. I think that they are worth reviewing.
