I'd suggest you to try a golden frame.

Thank you for the suggestion, Bonfim, I will consider it.

My idea is that; sinse the background in the painting is a rather dark Off White, I will need a dark / black frame to make the general impression of the painting, lighter. Maybe I could have a gold fillet ?

The intensity of those blue eyes really make this portrait. She is very beautiful. Fantastic composition.

I've really enjoyed seeing this painting come together over time. Thanks for sharing.
