Roller Derby cop?

Since I could not paint little children all week, I decided to do an orgy of studios. Lindsey from last week started me, then I did a live demo of a bridal portrait and now, the long pose at the school.

Hi Debra,
I like the energy of it and the high contrast. The hand holding the cap is very expressive.
Is the painting cropped?

Thank you Allan,
Unfortunately it was a bit of slightly bad planning. I didn't want a LOT of the leg, the arms fell nice and naturally but when I got to putting the paint on, it just.... In answer to your question: This is it.

I saw it coming but I just got the scale wrong by the time I got to the bottom. I liked the position of the head, but should have just made it all an inch smaller and there would have been both hands. I think, perhaps not so subliminally, I was happy that it all stopped at the wrists. Less fingers, more time for other details.
