I never had trouble. Most of the time I buy my stuff from Amazon ( and I use Cynthia's link, and I hope it is working). The last book I purchased was untouched.

Thanks for ordering through my Amazon link. All you have to do is use search box in my bookstore and I should get credit for it - though I don't actually ever remember seeing a purchase of paints.
