Someone please document the event and take plenty of photos and place back here on the forum for us not close enough to go in person.

Maybe a compiled thread with the paintings selected first with photos from the event following when they come in could be the go including all certificate holders as well.

I suppose I should have entered something this year, but with competition like these paintings I would have had no chance anyway! Have a fun time in Dallas, everyone.

Alas, Alex, I have a conflict. It turns out that the Portrait convention coincides with my son's annual singing concert, which is a very big deal for us. If they keep planning it the same weekend, I may have to wait four more years to be able to attend!!!!
