Wow, hats off to you, Clive. I am working on a portrait of three people at the moment and I think I am in trouble; It's hard! But you did a great job.

Clive,
This is so lovely, I too love the composition. I find it very interesting how similar mother and daughter are folding their hands in a similar way - there are some genetic similarities after all! I really like how you have rendered you mother-in-law's eyes - very attractive.

Clive I did see this when you first posted it but missed the chance to comment -- so glad it popped up again! Very touching tribute. You've set the three women in such a way that they complement each other so well and none upstages the others. I especially enjoy the way you've managed to convey the individual personalities of each. I like the little detail of the facial expressions and hand positions, as well as the color choices with their black and white outfits and the color accent on your daughter's resonating with the colors in the floor and chair. Very pleasing all the way around.
