Well it is hard to follow Kim and Garth, but this is a little sketch in oil. 10 x 16 on gesso board.

It is an interesting jump to go from commissioned portrait work to having a bit of fun with simple figuratives.

Beth, I must have missed this when you first posted it. I love the long curve of her back and your painterly color notes. I think your high energy level is really coming out in genre figurative sketches, so please keep doing them!
