Hi Carl,
I just want to tell you that my wife recently went through an operation because of cancer. She is fine now. The cancer was detected at an early state , and she need no further treatment, so far.
Science is very advanced and all the best knowledge is available at all hospitals.
We think of you and hope the best.
You still have a lot of paints to do.

I received another note from Carl, asking me to share. It sounds like he is doing well but is exhausted.

I have not the energy or time to post on SOG myself today, so would you do me a favor and post there, that I made it through the operation successfully and*I'm on the mend.*I will know in a few months whether the operation was a complete cure, or if radiation will be necessary in addition. However things are looking up, and I deeply, deeply*thank everyone for their prayers.

Sad thing is his computer is up a flight a steps, so this limits his on line time - well just about makes it zero.

My friend has been recovering from cancer, and is doing very well. She sends you her regards.
We both continue to have you in our hearts, and are very glad to hear that you've had good results from the surgery.
I await your return to this forum board as soon as your energy permits, have missed your posts. And as another member just mentioned, you have paintings to paint!

For you Carl. I haven't been here for awhile and checked out this thread first.

God Bless and prayer uplifts----I, along with the others will await your soon to be painting to be posted. With the Best artist and creator on your side----you cannot lose. If you could see the birds nest that I collected woven within stalks of wheat in our pasture. It is over 20 years old. I have kept it in a vase "a woven work of art" by the smallest creature. What better way to see who is in control.

I wish sprinkles of sunshine to you and yours.
