Scott, what about the Charles Bargue "Drawing Course" book, available from the Dahesh Museum in New York City?

It would be easy for me to run off some copies of the pages at the local copy shop, roll them up in a tube and send them off to Ngaire. (Ngaire, privately email me your address if you're interested.)
