Hello,

This portrait is painted in Rembrandt pastels on Canson mi-teintes paper (35 x 55cm).
I used a picture as reference.

This is nice, very well done. There is something that is distracting me though. I think it's the white in the background by his chin or it may be the vertical yellow in the background. Maybe just because it is so vertical.

Nice portrait though, I love the colors.

I think you have really done a successful portrait here. It has the fresh and rarely-seen-but-often-sought quality of looking like it was painted from life. Excellent job.
