PLEASE HELP. I am having the hardest time with this mouth, and don't know which way to turn with the background. I got this far and decided to stop and ask for your suggestions. I have only done a handful of pastels, so I am a little timid in how much correcting can be done.

I've played with her some more and I think it is "better" but not good enough. I think, that I will put this one aside and start fresh, Im afraid if I keep on this it will turn completely to mud. Thanks again.
