Dear Mai,

You will have an incredible experience. The main advice I can offer is, seriously, get sleep. When you see Dan sitting during breaks, you sit too. Eat well, take vitamins.

Having been through a week with Daniel Greene, and just this past week with Bill Whitaker, I can promise you that nothing prepares you for the sheer physical and intellectual exhaustion of taking workshops at this level. Unless you have recently been to base camp at Mt. Everest. And that would be carrying your French easel. With one hand.
