Hello from Jerry Ruggiero

Hello to everyone and thanks for having me. I was born in 1946. I'm lucky to be alive and luckier to be a painter. I studied with Joseph Solman, the Expressionist painter, while I was enrolled at CCNY's Art Dept. I was also invited to the National Academy where I had the rare advantage of seeing amazing art being made by amazing world class artists. Art is everything to me and it is everything that I am. Always has been and always will be. My life is a constant search for perfect artistic expression. Does anyone else wonder where we might be going or what might be the next great "movement" in art? I'm very happy to be part of your fine group. Best regards to you all.
