Yes, Chris, it's charcoal w/ white highlights on Canson paper. Knowing I only have 45 minutes, I always feel a bit rushed doing this kind of sketch. If I have 2 - 3 hours, then I can take the time to be more accurate in the placing of features. But it's all good. I just have to find some models who will be willing to sit for me.
