Mattelson Portraits in Exhibition
I have eight original oil paintings hanging in the Long Island Professional Artists Showcase. The show, entitled "SEVEN (painters) & SEVEN (sculptors)", runs from March 5 through April 4 at the beautiful Hutchins Gallery in the Schwartz Library at C.W. Post College, L.I.U., Northern Blvd., Brookville, NY. The Gallery hours are 2:00 - 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
I have included two commissioned portraits and six of the paintings I do exclusively from life in my classes and workshops. The opening reception is on Saturday, March 10th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. If you're in the neighborhood, stop on by and say hello.
