Oh well . . .

Hi Mike,

Oh well, things happen. If my printer were working I would have printed out a lot of this information.

I read all the info in this (that) thread about studio lighting and I'm ready to go to Home Depot and buy one of those long shop lights and hang it from the ceiling near my easel. But . . . . I'm not sure what kind of lights (tubes) to get. I scribbled down "'Sylvania Sun Stick' flourescent tubes or other "full spectrum" flourescent tubes." And if the Kelvin temps are available on the packages I think I need around 5000-5500 Kelvin. That much I can remember.

Steven, what were the two you were so happy with? If you could just post the name of those two, the ones with the info at the bottom of that digital post you so kindly posted. I think I will buy 2 or 3 different kinds of lights and then just see what works best for me. I realize now how dark my studio (fancy word for my half of our computer room) is.

thanks,

Joan
