Cowboy looking west




Tried a new technique with this one, critiques are welcome.

Approx 9x12 pastel on amperstand pastelboard, with close up of face area.

Hi Dan -

I really like the nice cool lights, especially the lights in the eye. Good flesh tones!

I do question the use of the lines in the shirt, however. They seem to be emphasized to the point of being distracting.
