Brother and Sister

Here is a recently completed commissioned portrait. 36" x 48", oil on linen. Unveiling is in the next few days. This is by far the largest painting I have done, but I have another, larger in size, coming up three portraits from now. (did that make sense?)

Here is a link to the larger version, and a smaller version that will show up in this message.

Thanks for looking!

Monique,

You have a skill for composition that really shows up well in this portrait. The relationship between the brother and sister is natural, and you've done a good job of keeping the setting subordinate to the figures.

I apologize for not acknowledging this reply!! Thank you for your comments! The family seemed to absolutely love this when I did the unveiling in their home. Their reactions were priceless!

I'm getting ready to post a new portrait in the WIP to get the ok to wrap it up. Phillip WIP...please let me know what you think about it and any tweaks that may need to take place.

Thanks again!
