Bouguereau is one of my very favorites also. This is lovely.
I can't find anything to critique whatsoever aside from the photograph which shows up very light on my screen.
This was done in two sittings. It was more a exercise in understanding value and hue then drawing accuracy. When I have time I quite enjoy doing such studies for they help me understand value control in creating form.
When I get to it, I must reshape the chin and neck for what a story they tell.
