The groom shown here commissioned this 11×14 watercolor portrait for his bride 10 years after the fact for their ten-year anniversary (three children later)! I painted them with transparent colors on Arches-140-lb-cold-pressed paper from the reference photo shown below. (I moved the groom a smidge closer to the bride!)
