Are there any problems associated with using the paint straight out of the tube? I like the texture of thick paint but am concerned about cracking in the future. What are your thoughts on this? I also appreciate the look of thinly glazed paintings, but thick paint in swirls and gobs is kinda like sitting down and crunching a handful of nuts. Sometimes you just gotta do it! Jean
