Wow Tom!
There's a beautiful and subtle theme going on in this work. It's like a painting of an enchanted princess in an enchanted garden. Nothing is glaring or obtrusive, even the light. It makes me feel as if something (magical) is about to happen and she's sitting there waiting for it. Whether it is in her imagination or in reality, it doesn't matter.
Beautifully painted, too, as always!

It felt that way at the time, too. She was about four and a half or five. We delivered and hung it last weekend.
