I totally understand, Cynthia. We will have a good time and, as Linda pointed out, you won't be worrying about the dinner so the conference will be more relaxing for you.

Linda, if you will just post your room number, all of us from the forum here at least can meet up there. Im sure your mini bar will be sufficient.

Seriously, whoever is going to be going from just this forum - who reads this...is there a reason we couldnt try to meet up in the lobby Thursday night?

I'll miss the get together, but I certainly understand. Maybe it will work out next year. In the meantime we need to watch out for each other's name tags so we can all still meet.

I have recently thought about all of us meeting in the bar at a time on Fri night that would allow enough time for the BBQ. Just an informat thing. What do you think?

Yes, after the BBQ - I'm sure they have a bar there, but I will call and ask and if so, will send out email announcements to everyone.
