I know exactly how you feel. I did end up putting my prices on my website and they are similar to yours. I also wonder sometimes if I'm not high enough or too high. I fear that some will think what could be wrong that his prices are so low. My big dilemma right now is that I don't have any commissions. I've been working on figure paintings in hopes of getting in a gallery.

I would really appreciate if anyone could look at my website and let me know what they think of my work and prices.

A writer intended to write an article for a magazine, found me from checking at "best portrait painter Charlotte" from Yahoo, (I was listed at the first position, and "best portrait painter China", I'm at an advanced position. It only shows that I'm active in forum).
Search "best portrait painter Atlanta", I found Marvin!
