Thanks for the tips. I'm looking forward to making all these little changes to refine this portrait to perfection!

Manipulating edges is a skill I need to work on. I can see the difference between amateurish portraits and higher quality ones and often it has to do with the placement of soft and hard edges. I usually struggle with backgrounds, too. The backgrounds in your portraits are what I aspire to. They are beautiful!

After looking at your work, I am honored to receive a compliment from you and I value your critique!
