Anna, this is awesome! I am so glad to see that you are able to see and that you are flying. I have also visited your page and my congrats for the assistant position with Tony R. Please say hello to your mom. If you are ever to visit Europe, Germany that is, I would be pleased to meet you.

All the best to you, your artist friend

Anna,

How exquiste!

Thank-you for posting this beautiful piece. Her skin is radiant.

How long did she have to sit?

I am so slow, my lovely young model may need a facelift before I am finished!

Makes me think of Renoir.

What vibrant and glowing skin you have painted! And the composition is also refreshingly different. When you say panel, what kind do you mean?
Congratulations!

Thanks!

We had about 12 sittings (between three and six hours each) over a period of two months. I borrowed her shirt and a bendie for a few hours too.

This was done on a piece of masonite primed with acrylic gesso, but usually I use oil primed linen panels.

A lovely, tender piece, Anna. Does she sing sweet soprano things? She looks like she might.
