Natalie, the illusion of the glasses is wonderfully done. Number two has my vote as well. Very nice piece.

Dear Natalie,

Thank you for sharing these wonderful pieces. I am particularly taken with your management of the edges and glasses in Johanna's piece. I also love the way you've painted the color and values in shadow, and that you took such care in the placement and composition, which I know many forfeit in the rush to get started in the few hours available in an open studio setting.
