I totally forgot about checking the sources for frames on the SOG website. I checked into those framers and found several that I like. I also went ahead and emailed the artist about the frame that I saw on his paintings. So, now I will be able to find something that I will definitely like.

I don't know which ones you looked at on my page and what your client is prepared to pay, but those New York framers are very pricey!
