What's the name of this movie short?

I've been wanting to remember the name of a movie "short" (if that's what one would call it) for some time now.

A friend who likes horror stories was visiting and we rented a video that had three short stories on it. One of the stories really wasn't horror at all, but was very intriguing.

The setting was Victorian England. In the story there were two who were in love and the man is an artist. She dies and he is overwhelmed with grief.

To work out his grief, he starts painting his lost love and the next day, the scene in which he painted her actually materializes.

Inspired, he paints her again and again, each time with the scene of the painting materializing in real life.

Finally, he paints himself into a painting with her and in the end, the lovers get to be together as a result of the painting.

Somehow, Stephen King as involved in this (perhaps as a director), but he did not write the story as I recall.

Anyone know the name of it?
