Sushi?

I frequent this sushi restaurant down the street. This gal gives me free sushi (the kind without the raw stuff).

I've always loved the vision of the chef, with their white coats and tall hats. She agreed to meet me early at the restaurant, and before I left I had taken pictures of most of the help.

All this is available lighting which was a combination of window / door light and whatever overhead lights they had going on. I used Auto WB and in some cases was up to 640 ISO.
