Family Portrait
Hi everyone. This is a commission request based on supplied photos by the client. Initially I had spoken with the client regarding the best lighting and scenic situations for a portrait and they went ahead and took their own photos. I was given about 20 photos to choose from and these were the best that I could pick out. I told her that I would prefer to take more pictures (myself), however, she mentioned that this was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for her husband. Therefore, with very little options, I figure I need only remove the harsh sun rays (that are out of place) and adjust the facial expression on the husband from another photo reference. The lighting falls fairly flat on the face but I think it is still very workable in terms of colour and contrast.
