what a lovely change to the usual view of horse and rider, you really get a sense of their togetherness. She must have been over the moon!
Lovely delicate use of paint/colour as ever, Thomasin.

Hi Thomasin

I haven't been on the forum for a while and have seen a big difference and maturity to your work, well done!

I always like to see how other artists portray horses. You did very well with the conformation and with the way the light hits the coat! Good job!

Thomasin, great composition, color, use of big shapes--it really works! I also like the feeling of the bond between the horse and young woman. The viewpoint is different and striking!
