Me - in silverpoint

i am actually doing good business in the fur and feathers market. Enough to show up on the IRS blips so I am putting off my taxes as long as I can... one more commission and I will relax...
So in that somewhat excited atmosphere of making a living, the summer lull is beginning.

I had picked up my silverpoint to do a horse, as friends have said the money is there. I have a learning curve, so I decided to be, if not the BEST horse artist, the most unique.

The piece was really nifty, so I did a few along the lines of miniatures. I will specialize in animals and kids but I always figure if you are going to tell people you do portraits, you better have a good image of someone they will recognize. Hence a lot of self portraits,

This is only 5x7 on gesso prepped watercolor paper.
