Out-state sales tax

I have a Missouri sales tax number. How do I handle sales tax on out-of-state commissions?

I would recommend that you check with the sales tax department in your state, as the laws could be different from one state to another. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Out of State sales tax

A good small business tax advisor/accountant can also help you with that information.
