Questions on reproductions for marketing

If you do individual portrait sheet reproductions for marketing purposes, I have the following questions:

1. If you do photos, what size do you do and what is your per unit cost. If you had to factor in the time you spent interacting with and running to the photo developer, how much do you think the per unit cost would be then?

2. If you do printed reproductions (from a 4-color press, not inkjet printer), what size do you do and what is your per unit cost.

My recollection is this regarding photo's, without the running around time, just the cost of reprints per each:

4x6 .50
5x7 2.90
8x10 5.50

This is what I pay straight retail no volume and without tax. The running around, interacting is hard to figure.
