Jimmie, this is such a wonderful and compelling portrait. There can be no doubt about you deserving this award. Despite the stiff competition, in my humble opinion, your portrait of Kathryn is by far the best!
Will you award winners be on view in any exhibition? I'd love to see it. Ardith's pastel is so very deserving too. My good friend Christopher Smith deservedly got that third place sculpture prize too, I can't wait to congratulate him. I think the jurors picked the best works.
