Air Filter/Purifier?

I have just moved to a larger studio! Wahooo!

I am now looking for an air purifier/filter to deal with the fumes of oils and the dust of pastels. Any ideas? I don't have a window that opens and I'm in a building with other "offices" that I'm sure wouldn't appreciate the smell of my success.
