I was going to send this as a private message to Sharon Knettell, but the more I thought about my message to her and the more it evolved it occurred to me that it was really a message on learning styles. So I hoped others would share theirs.
Sharon was in a conversation with I think Tim, regarding the priming of panels and I saw this quote,

This is where my learning memories come in!
After I received my BFA, I think like many people here I went back to art school to study advertising design so I could make money. I finished that second degree in 1980, so that would make me now about 25, (20 years ago)! You must remember when we graduated in graphic design we still had numerous T-squares, non photo blue pencils, rapid-o-graphs and hot press board. Things were very different.
Not 3 years later the introduction of the computer to the mainstream of advertising started occurring, and by 1988 I purchased my first IICI Macintosh
