Granddaughter and dog watercolor

A granddaughter and grandmom's dog after a sleepover. Sadly the dog passed away. This 11x14 watercolor portrait of the two friends was commissioned by the grandmother as a memorial. I used Daler-Rowney Artist's transparent watercolors on Arches-140-lb-cold-pressed paper.
