Hi from the San Francisco bay area
 

My name is Joseph Hammond, Iv'e been an Illustrator since I graduated from the Academy of art college in San Francisco in 1990.As an Illustrator the medium I worked in was watercolor and Prismacolor.For the past two year Iv'e been predominately working in oil paints.Since art school I haven't been able to interact with other artists.Hopefully this Forum will give me the opportunity to do so.

Welcome, Joseph, from another newcomer, who also joined for the same reasons as you. While my friends and family are supportive, they have no real interest in painting , so I have to look elsewhere for inspiration and support. Hopefully I will find an art group soon! Nice work, by the way.
